Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will support project management services for our clients in the construction sector, helping ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include assisting with governance, data retention, reporting, stakeholder communication, and preparation of proposals and dashboards; you will work with project managers, consultants, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in project controls or administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project meets quality standards and is completed on time.
• Help establish effective governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Maintain accurate information sharing and data retention across the team and client.
• Build strong relationships with client and team members; coordinate with executives, consultants, and vendors.
• Support flow of project information between team members and stakeholders; attend status meetings and update logs.
