Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role supports project management services for clients across infrastructure and construction, coordinating information flow and keeping governance processes on track.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in project controls or administration, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft and Google productivity tools. On-site work in the Houston area may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field is required or considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in project controls or administration.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze project information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the required quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
• Help establish effective governance, processes and systems for use across the project.
• Ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
• Interface with stakeholders including executives, consultants and vendors.
• Coordinate information flow between team members and stakeholders.
