Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support the financial, scheduling, and administrative performance of multidisciplinary Infrastructure projects across Florida. This role blends project controls, financial analysis, and project management support within a collaborative consulting environment in Tampa, Sarasota, or Miami offices.

You will work with Project Managers and Controls teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements, while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and financial analysis. Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support project cost, schedule, forecast, and resource tracking across multiple active projects.
Maintain accurate project financial data, forecasts, and performance reports.
Assist with development and maintenance of project budgets, estimates, schedules, and proposals.
Support contract administration from project setup through close-out, including subconsultant coordination and compliance tracking.
Assist with invoicing, budget verification, and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
Coordinate with subconsultants regarding invoice reviews, revisions, and compliance requirements.
