Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support financial, scheduling, and administrative performance of Infrastructure projects across Florida. The role blends project controls, financial analysis, and project management support within a collaborative consulting environment.

Located in Tampa, Sarasota, or Miami offices, you will work with project managers and cross‑disciplinary teams to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support project cost, schedule, forecast, and resource tracking across multiple active projects.
• Maintain accurate project financial data, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project budgets, estimates, schedules, and proposals.
• Support contract administration from project setup through close-out, including subconsultant coordination and compliance tracking.
• Assist with invoicing, budget verification, and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
• Coordinate with subconsultants regarding invoice reviews, revisions, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, correspondence, transmittals, setup forms, and implementation plans.
• Maintain organized project records and document control systems.
• Support internal quality management requirements, audits, and compliance (ISO-related or similar).
• Enter and maintain staffing and resource assignments in internal resource management tools.
• Track and log project administration items such as RFIs, submittals, and related documents.
