Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Program Administrator for Infrastructure Solutions on a fully onsite, 6-month contract in Pelzer, SC. The role requires 40 hours per week and supports the Program Manager with project setup, data analysis, and reporting.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/project management and strong experience with ERP/CRM systems, Smartsheet, and Power BI. Efficient coordination with executives and customer reps is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Proficient ERP and/or CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager on ad-hoc requests/issues requiring sales order management.
• Support the Program Manager on ad-hoc requests/issues requiring Smartsheet Administration/Configuration.
• Set up Procore or other designated project management and collaboration system for each project.
• Data analysis to ensure system information matches manufacturing progress.
• Prepare, design, update and communicate project reports with up-to-date financial KPI information.
• Record project or site change orders and ensure actions are allocated and communicated.
• Establish and manage processes for recording manufacturing progress for accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Maintain effective communication with key project reps, executives and customer representatives to identify variances to plan.
