Job summary

Revel IT in Pelzer, SC is seeking a Program Administrator for Infrastructure Solutions to support the Program Manager with sales order management and Smartsheet/Procore setup for each project.

You will analyze data to align system information with manufacturing progress, prepare reports with up-to-date KPI data, and help manage change orders and revenue recognition. Collaborate with project reps and executives and maintain project records and finance meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint internet-based principles.
• Proficient ERP and/or CRM experience required.
• Smartsheet and PowerBI knowledge is a bonus.
• Demonstrates ability to plan, set priorities, organize and coordinates work with others.
• Demonstrates good customer relation skills by providing prompt personalized service.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or project management.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis to ensure system information concurs with real manufacturing progress.
• Support the Program Manager in the preparation, design updating and communication of project reports including sourcing up to date Financial KPI information.
• Record project or site change orders and ensure actions are allocated, communicated, and reviewed.
• Establish and manage process for recording manufacturing progress to ensure accurate invoice and revenue recognition.
• Establish effective communication with key project reps, executives and customer representatives and report variances for resolution.
• Support the Program Manager in developing a data center standard project life cycle and process for future projects.
• Act as a support for Program Managers to identify key project information/records/procedures.
• Ensure project records are uploaded to the project intranet and project management system.
• Highlight areas where records are not up to standard.
• Maintain a regular holiday tracker for the project team and executives.
• Maintain workflows and ensure documentation is followed between internal departments.
• Coordinate Project Finance based meetings and liaise with attendees to avoid clashes.
• Track Cost, Budget, and Revenue for Original, Current and Forecast on Infrastructure Solutions Projects.
• Identify and fix Sales Orders Accounting issues.
