Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Senior Infrastructure PMO Lead in New York to drive governance and execution for global infrastructure merger integration programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and deliver status updates to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of PMO experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Jira, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools. Contract position with exposure to enterprise technology services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PMO, program management, or project delivery in global environments.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure environments including End-user tech, Compute, Networking, Cloud.
• Strong written and oral communication, executive presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven with accountability.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred; degree in tech or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO governance, reporting, and execution across multiple infrastructure integration workstreams.
• Coordinate with large stakeholder groups, technology SMEs, global teams, and senior leaders.
• Simplify complex workstreams into structured plans, clear reporting, and actionable steps.
• Prepare senior management updates including KPI/OKR reporting, resources, risks and actions.
• Develop deep-dives, workshops, and sessions to align dependencies and unblock work.
• Connect interdependencies across projects to identify risks and drive execution.
• Utilize Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI tools for PMO and reporting.
