Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Platform Engineer to drive the global expansion of the Falcon platform. You will design scalable hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes solutions and ensure reliability at scale, mentoring peers and shaping infrastructure choices.

The role requires 5+ years in Kubernetes, CJIS eligibility, and strong Linux and cloud experience across AWS/GCP/OCI. A, impactful engineering culture with AI-enhanced decision-making awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Kubernetes experience including management of clusters with thousands of nodes.
• Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status).
• Proven experience with Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager, and Golang.
• Experience operating in large-scale Linux environments and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, OCI).
• Experience operating in data centers and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes platform solutions.
• Optimize and maintain high reliability of large-scale infrastructure platform systems.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies into existing systems workflows.
• Provide insights and technical direction for evolving Kubernetes services.
• Mentor engineers to drive collaborative technical decisions.
