Tapestry is building the automation, orchestration, and monitoring layer that unifies our virtualization and end-user computing estate into a single, software-managed platform. You’ll own the infrastructure from architecture through production operations, spanning on-premises virtualization, cloud, and VDI/HVD.

You'll turn high-level roadmaps into concrete execution: designing platforms, building automation, and owning outcomes. Expect scale and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in virtualization: VMware ESXi and Nutanix.
• Strong hands-on Windows Server administration, with Linux and cloud knowledge.
• VDI/HVD experience with AWS WorkSpaces, Omnissa Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Automation-first mindset with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and IaC (Ansible, Terraform).
• Track record of owning technical projects and delivering at production scale.
• Observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting distributed environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of virtualization platforms from planning to deployment.
• Own the VDI/HVD estate end-to-end across AWS WorkSpaces, Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Build automation and monitoring stack to provision, patch, and manage infrastructure at scale.
• Administer Windows Server and support Linux workloads in a mixed estate.
• Ensure resilient networking and cloud connectivity for infrastructure and desktop workloads.
• Turn groundwork into deployed, production-scale systems.
• Assist in managing on-premise datacenters.
• Lead migrations, platform rollouts, and modernization efforts from design to cutover.
• Interface with internal teams and vendors; manage third-party provisioning and break-fix support.
• Own documentation, runbooks, and security hardening for reliability.
