Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to own end‑to‑end virtualization platforms, from architecture to production. You will build automated, scalable, and highly available environments spanning on‑prem, cloud, and VDI/HVD workloads.

You will manage Windows and Linux estates, drive automation with PowerShell, Python, and IaC tools, and partner with teams to deliver reliable, auditable platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Expertise in virtualization: VMware ESXi and Nutanix.
• Strong Windows Server administration with Linux/network/cloud knowledge.
• VDI/HVD experience with AWS WorkSpaces, Omnissa Horizon, or Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Automation-first mindset; repeatable processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Nutanix) from planning through deployment, including capacity, performance, and lifecycle.
• Own the VDI/HVD estate end to end across AWS WorkSpaces, Omnissa Horizon, and Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Build automation and monitoring stack that provisions, patches, and manages infrastructure at scale.
• Own on-premise Windows Server administration and support Linux workloads in a mixed estate.
• Manage networking and cloud connectivity for infrastructure and desktop workloads.
