Qualifications

Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching an infrastructure team.

Experience supporting enterprise technology infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for infrastructure operations and support activities.
Drive a culture focused on safety, operational excellence, customer value, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure services.
Foster knowledge sharing and capability development across the team.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and problems, driving root‑cause analysis.
