This hands‑on leadership role focuses on developing people, improving operations, and driving modernization initiatives within a Tulsa, OK office, with Wichita, KS as an alternate location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team or serving as a technical lead.
• Experience troubleshooting complex IT problems across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology infrastructure, systems, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for infrastructure operations and support activities.
• Drive a culture focused on safety, operational excellence, customer value, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure services.
• Foster knowledge sharing and capability development across the team.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and problems, driving them to resolution and leading root‑cause analysis.
• Prioritize and coordinate team activities to meet business needs and service objectives.
• Partner with business, engineering, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle planning including upgrades, maintenance, capacity planning, and modernization initiatives.
• Establish and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
