Qualifications

• 15+ years of transportation, roadway, or highway engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pennsylvania Infrastructure + Mobility work aligned to the Central Pennsylvania transportation market.
• Manage transportation planning and design projects.
• Serve as a trusted client contact for public and private sector clients.
