Qualifications

• BS or advanced degree in your discipline; at least twelve years of related work experience with at least five in a Project Manager role
• Professional licensure in your discipline
• Strong understanding of construction processes, plans and specs for public works
• Ability to manage complexity and deliver high-quality designs on diverse project types
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical, and market leadership within Infrastructure Team
• Oversee agile project delivery including budgets, schedules, and resources
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor CPL team members and develop future leaders
• Lead and participate in client vision sessions and project scopes
• Promote sustainable design approaches and value within CPL
• Manage internal finances including billing and asset allocation
