Civil Science is seeking a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and lead our firmwide water infrastructure practice. You will provide technical leadership, drive growth, mentor future leaders, and unite water expertise across offices to deliver critical projects that serve communities in the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 12+ years of water infrastructure engineering and project management.
• Demonstrated success leading municipal water projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build technical capabilities.
• Experience with water transmission and distribution systems, water storage facilities, water source development, hydraulic modeling, and related utilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Provide technical leadership on water transmission, distribution, storage, and source development projects.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of municipal water infrastructure projects.
• Mentor engineers, project managers, and technical specialists; develop training programs.
• Build relationships with municipal agencies, utility districts, and public-sector clients.
