CPL seeks an Engineering Market Sector Principal to lead the Infrastructure Team, focusing on public works projects in transportation, water and wastewater. Build and expand client relationships, secure new opportunities, and guide agile project delivery across a portfolio of challenging initiatives.

You will oversee schedules and budgets, mentor staff, and drive growth while ensuring the highest quality designs and client satisfaction in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• BS or advanced degree in your discipline; 12+ years of related work experience
• Professional Licensure in your discipline
• Mastery of foundational principles; ability to manage complexity with quality designs

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project schedule, budget and aspects of concurrent design and construction projects
• Perform QA/QC on other's work, verifying methodologies and outcomes
• Attend, participate in and lead client vision sessions
• Develop project scopes and coordinate admin and technical efforts for efficient execution
• Advocate sustainable design solutions
• Manage internal finances including billing and invoicing
• Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to deliver a high-quality client experience
• Recruit, mentor and develop CPL team members; conduct career conversations and build future leaders
