You will mentor teams, manage projects and budgets, and drive client-focused landscape solutions while shaping CPL's growth and reputation.

You bring 15+ years of experience, licensure readiness in multiple states, and strong leadership and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial

Qualifikationen

• Professional degree in landscape architecture or related field.
• Professional licensure with willingness to be licensed in multiple states.
• Deep understanding of current AEC/LA trends and growth opportunities.
• Proven subject-matter expert with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor staff.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed.

Aufgaben

• Act as a culture guardian and promote CPL values.
• Develop internal relationships to advance multi-discipline capabilities.
• Ensure resources are allocated to deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Expand practice geography and sales through cross-selling and business development.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and career development of CPL teams.
• Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and QA/QA.
• Provide project management and financial management including billing.
