Job summary

CampusWorks Inc. seeks a Manager of Infrastructure to lead the campus infrastructure team and coordinate with the Infrastructure Center of Excellence to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective services for our client, St. Lawrence University.

You will drive incident response, vendor management, and strategic infrastructure projects with a focus on operational excellence. The role involves collaboration with university leadership, faculty, staff, and campus stakeholders to align technology

Qualifications

• Senior-level infrastructure administration experience across Windows Server and Linux
• Experience with performance monitoring and incident management tools
• Proven ability to lead technical teams in high-pressure incidents
• Strong communication to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences
• Experience with vendors, contracts, and budgets and managing infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the campus infrastructure team and ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective services
• Partner with Infrastructure CoE to develop strategies and ensure platform availability
• Act as on-site incident liaison during outages and coordinate with CoE and vendors
• Oversee data center facilities, backups, and disaster recovery planning
• Manage budgets, licenses, warranties, and service contracts; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
