Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, security, facilities, and vendors, tracking risk and ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.

The role emphasizes execution discipline, documentation, and collaboration with service owners and campus IT partners to translate requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ progressive project management experience with IT or network infra projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors and resources across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and coordination across diverse technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones for network projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, facilities, vendors, and campus stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, and budget impacts; ensure on-scope, on-time delivery.
• Prepare leadership-ready status reports and project documentation.
