Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems, network engineering, or related technology discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, systems, cloud, virtualization, and storage.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Experience with infrastructure security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Familiarity with automation or scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise networking, servers, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, and related infrastructure.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Infrastructure to lead and support an enterprise IT infrastructure environment. This position will be responsible for the strategy, reliability, security, and day-to-day operation of core infrastructure while leading and developing a technical team.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who remains technically hands-on and can serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.

• Experience supporting large or complex enterprise environments.
