Job summary

Webber, LLC, a Ferrovial company, seeks maintenance technicians to service roads and infrastructure assets. You will perform MOT traffic control setup, bridge and drainage upkeep, and equipment transport while supporting safety and quality standards.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of related work, and willingness to work overtime and emergencies. CDL/DOT and related certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• One year of work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roads and infrastructure assets per contract standards.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to maintain safe MOT.
• Operate and transport crew and equipment to sites; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform basic bridge and drainage maintenance; repair signs, guardrails and lighting.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
