Job summary

Ferrovial seeks a hands-on maintenance professional to service roads and infrastructure assets, ensuring contract compliance and safe MOT operations. The role requires climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities include repairing bridges, drainage, signage, and electrical/lighting systems, with opportunities to advance through cross-unit mobility. A valid CDL/DOT and driving record are preferred; it’s a full-time on-site position within our infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year work experience in infrastructure maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record required to operate company vehicle.
• CDL/DOT certs, electrical and welding certs are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair roads and infrastructure assets per contract standards.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to create safe MOT zones.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Repair and maintain bridges, drainage, signage, and lighting.
• Operate vehicles and transport crew/equipment to sites.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
