Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is hiring for an infrastructure maintenance role focused on roads and related assets. You will be responsible for inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance in line with contractual standards.

The position requires physical stamina, safety awareness, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for overtime and emergency response rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• CDL and DOT certifications are highly desirable.
• Electrical and welding certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and infrastructure assets per contract standards.
• Setup and remove traffic control devices to create safe MOT zones.
• Work at heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial lifts.
• Repair bridge components and related equipment rooms as needed.
• Maintain drainage, signage, lighting and electrical systems for roadways.
• Assist with emergency response rotations and overtime as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and environmental rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of highways and medians; remove litter.
• Operate heavy vehicles and transport crew/equipment to sites.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
