Job summary

Ferrovial’s Webber subsidiary in the United States seeks a Roadway Maintenance Technician to maintain highways and infrastructure assets, perform repairs, and support traffic control during incidents. The role involves hands-on work, safety compliance, and readiness for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities cover pothole filling, sign and guardrail maintenance, traffic control setup, and collaboration with law enforcement. A strong safety mindset and CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• NIMS training within first month of hire.
• TTC certification within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highways and medians, repair potholes, striping, reflectors, and related road surfaces.
• Perform maintenance of roadway signs, guardrails, fencing and lighting.
• Transports crew and equipment to work sites using large trucks and trailers.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to ensure safe MOT and TTC zones.
• Assist law enforcement during traffic incidents and respond to incidents as needed.
