Job summary

The Infrastructure Internship at LCS is a full-time 12-week program running from May through August, with 40 hours per week. Interns will work alongside the internal Infrastructure team on meaningful projects that impact the business and present outcomes to senior leadership at the end of the internship.

Throughout the summer, interns gain exposure to the organization, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to network while building professional experience in IT and related fields.

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
• Knowledge of security best practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• May work with existing communities to deploy new technologies.
• May engage with technology partners to develop LCS solutions.
• May interact with community leadership on project implementation.
• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
• Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship
• Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities
