Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Texas seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead scope development, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration on client facilities. You’ll guide RFIs, change orders, and ensure safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

Required: a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and at least 7 years in construction project management; data center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is required or a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs and manage the Construction Contract from inception through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, and payment applications; ensure health and safety compliance onsite.
• Coordinate with local building departments to obtain permits and manage project schedule and critical paths.
• Lead subcontractor development, maintain client relationships, and report cost/schedule/quality to senior leadership.
