Qualifications

• Financial modelling, forecasting and long-range planning are highlighted as core skills.
• Development and project economics are relevant for growth and project assessment.
• Capital planning and deployment are essential for scaling infrastructure investments.
• Debt financing and capital raising experience is desirable.
• M&A/acquisitions experience is valued for portfolio growth.

• Supporting senior leadership on strategic decision-making is expected.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and forecasting to support long-range planning.
• Assess development economics and project economics for new investments.
• Plan capital deployment and manage debt financing activities.
• Contribute to capital raising processes and investor communications.
• Engage in M&A activity and portfolio acquisitions/ dispositions.
• Monitor asset performance and value creation across the portfolio.
• Support senior leadership with strategic decision-making and recommendations.
