United States Cold Storage is hiring an Infrastructure Field Technician in Camden, NJ. The role covers hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of warehouse IT systems across the United States.

The position requires 95% travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in warehouse, office, and outdoor environments. A+ or Network+ certification and safety awareness are preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of IT support with focus on wiring and installation of wireless networks and camera systems.
• Familiar with safety regulations for working at heights and operating industrial lifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 95% of the year within the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in fridge/freezer environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support for warehouse infrastructure projects.
• Ensure equipment is installed, configured, and maintained to company standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Provide regular progress updates to IT management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
