Compeer Financial invites you to join our Engineering Internship program in Minnesota, split between Lakeville or Mankato office locations. This paid internship runs through Summer 2027, offering hands-on experience building modern digital solutions within a cross-functional product team.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Completion of coursework in programming, software engineering fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, or comparable technical subjects.
• Experience developing software through academic coursework, personal projects, hackathons, research, open-source contributions, or comparable learning experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own Engineering Delivery by completing well-defined engineering assignments under guidance, with focus on quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Apply software engineering fundamentals while learning team technologies, cloud-native delivery practices, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and understand product goals and client needs.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and follow established engineering standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and documentation to improve team outcomes.
