Job summary

Compeer Financial in Minnesota is seeking a motivated intern to support our business process improvement team by creating and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures. This role involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, clear, and accessible, helping drive efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

This paid internship is full-time through the summer of 2027, located in Lakeville, MN or Mankato, MN, with a hybrid work model up to 50% work from home.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration (at least two years completed).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.

Responsibilities

• Organize and update business process documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Work with team members to capture and document process changes and improvements.
• Draft and edit user-friendly manuals, process flows, and instructions.
• Support document management systems, ensuring proper version control and compliance.
