• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and following documented procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for enterprise storage, backup, and virtual infrastructure platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents, alerts, and performance issues across supported infrastructure services.
• Execute changes in accordance with approved procedures and change controls.
