Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight+ years delivering software-based solutions.
• Experience with enterprise storage architectures.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
• Experience with large-scale storage hardware (PowerMax, NetApp).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for Enterprise Storage Architecture and data protection technologies.
• Define enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps for storage and infrastructure resiliency.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale Dell PowerMax and NetApp environments.
• Provide architectural leadership for SAN Fabric (Brocade, Cisco).
• Serve as escalation point for complex storage, replication, and recovery issues.
• Drive lifecycle management and modernization across enterprise storage environments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure recovery readiness and business continuity.
