Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Experience administering Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with network and power capacity planning.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and data cabling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and support information and network systems.
• Configure, maintain, and operate Linux and Windows servers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and identify recurring problems.
• Support infrastructure projects with short timelines and changing priorities.
• Perform QA testing and identify reliability, performance, and capacity risks.
• Assist with network and power capacity planning.
• Schedule, coordinate, and track hardware maintenance.
• Install and support network and data cabling infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and guides.
• Provide technical assistance and knowledge sharing to IT team.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management.
• Work with other IT teams and stakeholders to complete assignments.
