Job summary

US Diversity Job Search seeks an Infrastructure Engineer I to manage secure, highly available computing platforms, servers and networks. You will install, maintain, upgrade and continuously improve the operating environment, ensuring reliability and performance.

You will monitor environments, respond to incidents, support on-call duties and plan for growth. You will deploy new technologies, test middleware, coordinate with vendors and document changes to support procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Three to five years' IT experience in computing environments.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, DNS and DHCP.
Knowledge of RHEL and Windows operating systems.
Experience with automation tools and scripting.
Ability to work on-call and across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade server OS, networks and related utilities.
Monitor environments, respond to incidents, and support on-call responsibilities.
Lead technical projects or mentor junior staff.
Coordinate maintenance, testing, and documentation for infrastructure.
Ensure security, backups, disaster recovery, and vendor management.
Develop technical documentation and SOPs.
