Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years IT experience in computing environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-platform environments.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Office 365, DNS/DHCP, RHEL and Windows OS.
• Ability to work on-call and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain compute infrastructure.
• Ensure security, data retention, backups, disaster recovery.
• Plan replacement of obsolete resources and manage asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with vendors on licensing and contracts.
• Provide 24x7 support during on-call rotation.
• Document standard operating procedures.
