Job summary

US Diversity Job Search is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I to manage secure, highly available computing platforms, servers and networks. You will install, maintain, upgrade, and monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotation.

The role involves middleware, job-scheduling, security measures, disaster recovery planning, and collaboration with development teams to ensure reliable operations across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required.
• Three to five years' IT experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, RHEL and Windows systems.
• Experience with middleware platforms and job scheduling tools.
• Ability to work on-call, travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects or provide guidance for junior staff.
• Plan replacement of obsolete compute resources.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networks.
• Ensure security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Monitor performance and respond to incidents during on-call.
• Manage and maintain job scheduling platforms (e.g., Tidal, Control-M).
