Job summary

You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, participate in on-call duties, design and test disaster recovery, work with middleware, and provide documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field required.
• 3-5 years IT operations experience in multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (RHEL).

Responsibilities

• Maintain secure, highly available computing platforms and networks.
• Monitor environments and respond to incidents during on-call.
• Plan for growth and perform upgrades of servers and middleware.
• Document configurations and procedures.
