Job summary

Amen Clinics, Inc./Mindworks Innovations, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to design, implement, and secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure across healthcare environments.

You will manage Windows and Linux workloads, Azure cloud services, and Google Cloud resources, ensuring HIPAA-compliant security and reliable operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, and network infrastructure, plus strong collaboration with IT teams and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience, including hands-on production systems.
• Practical production experience with both Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, including compute, storage, networking, access management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions; develop deployment plans, procedures, and training materials.
• Configure, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (Hyper-V); support Linux cloud workloads as needed.
• Administer Azure compute, storage, networking, and backup services; configure hybrid connectivity and security.
• Deploy and administer Google Cloud resources; support managed services used by application teams.
• Manage cloud resource organization, permissions, budgets, and usage; identify opportunities to improve availability and cost.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs; maintain DNS/DHCP across offices and cloud.
