Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives across North America.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, bridge technical requirements with business objectives, and ensure seamless, reliable technology deployments in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with Architecture, App Dev, Finance, and the ePMO, drive program governance with Jira, and mentor teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4–6 years delivering infrastructure and security projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North America delivery strategies for infrastructure.
• Lead full lifecycle of strategic infrastructure projects, controlling scope, budget, and quality.
• Establish program governance with Jira, reporting progress and risks.
• Coordinate with Architecture, App Dev, Finance, and the ePMO for alignment.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
