Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering infrastructure engineering programs.
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across infrastructure, engineering, operations, or support functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel ~10% based on client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, issue management, and status reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and production engineering support for enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL), ensuring stable operations and timely incident resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver work across infrastructure, platform, security, and operations dependencies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and escalations to support quality delivery outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and track progress against delivery objectives.
• Monitor delivery metrics and operational performance to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

The Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure engineering work across teams, timelines, and stakeholder groups. This role is expected to drive execution, manage delivery risk, and translate business and technical priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong delivery discipline, technical program oversight, and experience leading infrastructure-focused initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions on the Infrastructure Engineering Solutions team, you will be responsible for...

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, issue management, and status reporting
• Provide technical leadership and production engineering support for enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL), ensuring stable operations, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement of integration platforms and interfaces across systems
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver work across infrastructure, platform, security, and operations dependencies
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and escalations to support quality delivery outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and track progress against delivery objectives

The Infrastructure Engineering Solutions team helps deliver technology capabilities that support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure environments. The team works across stakeholders to manage delivery priorities, coordinate execution, and improve operational outcomes. This role supports a collaborative environment focused on disciplined delivery, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ years of experience delivering infrastructure engineering, platform, or technology programs
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution for technology delivery initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across infrastructure, engineering, operations, or support functions
• Experience using project delivery, reporting, or workflow management tools in a business or technology environment
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments
• Experience owning SLA reporting, operational performance tracking, and service-level reviews.
• Experience monitoring application health and proactively identify performance, availability, and reliability risks.
• Experience presenting delivery updates, risks, and decisions to leadership stakeholders
