Cognizant is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in the United States to lead large-scale IT Infrastructure, Hosting, Cloud, and Managed Services engagements. The role requires strong client-facing experience and a track record in transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will manage data center hosting operations, drive service excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in data center hosting and infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on IT asset management and governance experience.
• Delivered transformation and modernization programs.
• Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience driving automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and managed services engagements with SLA/KPI compliance.
• Interface with client stakeholders to drive satisfaction through relationship management.
• Manage data center hosting operations, infrastructure services, and IT asset lifecycle.
• Lead transformation initiatives focused on modernization, efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and CII programs using metrics and RCA.
• Champion automation to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Oversee governance, risks, escalation management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption and migration.
