You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage finances, drive modernization programs, and push continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience managing data center hosting and infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with IT asset management and lifecycle governance.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformation and modernization programs.
• Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience driving automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Outcome Based Planning: deliver outcomes to realize the business case and drive incremental value.
• Stakeholder Engagement: communicate clearly, build relationships, provide visibility and guidance.
• Vendor Management: facilitate contract negotiations, define SOIs, monitor progress and vendor relationships.
• Outcome Based Delivery: drive prioritization, manage issues/risks, track KPIs and demand/capacity.
• Financial Management: manage project/product financials.
• Team Leadership: empower high performing teams, foster collaboration, coach on agile/lean methods.
• People Leadership: set objectives, provide feedback, lead hiring, supervision, and training.
