Cognizant is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in the United States to lead large-scale IT Infrastructure, Hosting, Cloud, and Managed Services engagements. The role requires strong client-facing experience and a track record in transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will manage data center hosting operations, drive service excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and managed services engagements with SLA/KPI compliance.
• Interface with client stakeholders to drive satisfaction through relationship management.
• Manage data center hosting operations, infrastructure services, and IT asset lifecycle.
• Lead transformation initiatives focused on modernization, efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and CII programs using metrics and RCA.
• Champion automation to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Oversee governance, risks, escalation management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption and migration.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and managed services engagements while ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
• Manage data center hosting operations, infrastructure services, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on modernization, operational efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.
• Drive Continuous Innovation and Improvement (CII) programs using operational metrics, root cause analysis, and best practices.
• Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage service governance, risks, escalation management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Strong experience in Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management.
• Proven experience managing Data Center Hosting and Infrastructure Operations.
• Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management and lifecycle governance.
• Demonstrated success delivering Transformation and Modernization Programs.
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
• Experience driving Automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications Required

• Preferred certifications include Project Management

Annual compensation between $140,000-$155,000 is being offered for this role.
