Qualifications

• Relevant work experience of at least 4-6 years.
• Multilingual proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source direct infrastructure debt investment opportunities.
• Lead a due diligence process and manage all interphases.
• Oversee compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead negotiations for the debt financing.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials.
• Arrange, manage and oversee signing and closing processes.
• Manage select direct infrastructure equity investments.
• Create strategies for investment to drive growth and success.
• Establish and nurture relationships with investors and sponsors.
• Leverage expertise of Munich Re to identify complementary investments.
