Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an institution accredited in the United States.
At least 3 years of military facility/infrastructure experience.
At least 5 years of cost estimating experience.
Satisfactory outcome of a background investigation for Tier 1 access is required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and refine estimates for maintenance, repair, modernization, and new-construction requirements.
Use approved estimating tools, historical data, and accepted methodologies to develop parametric and detailed estimates.
Compare feasible alternatives and prepare cost-benefit information that supports project justification and informed decision-making.
Validate costs for near- and long-term requirements and coordinate with planning and asset-management stakeholders.
Prepare cost-estimate reports, life-cycle cost documentation, economic analyses, and cost-validation records for review and approval.
