Job summary

EXP Services Inc. seeks a MEI Contract Coordinator to join the Infrastructure team in Tampa, FL. You will oversee development, scheduling, and administration of multiple contracts, ensuring compliance with all policies and budget targets.

The role requires strong knowledge of contract administration, engineering concepts, and the ability to coordinate across offices. A High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of infra experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering concepts and contract administration procedures.
• Experience with budget administration and cost tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced work on development, oversight, and administration of multiple contracts.
• Coordinate preparation, scheduling, and execution of work orders and maintenance contracts.
• Enforce maintenance and contract requirements, including budget controls and penalties as needed.
• Ensure funds encumbrance and expenditure within the fiscal year.
• Coordinate with state and district offices to implement the Maintenance Contract Program.
• Review proposals and advise Technical Review Committees as assigned.
• Manage Operations Maintenance programs to ensure consistent contract administration.
• Provide guidance and training to contract staff across facilities.
