EXP in Tampa, FL is seeking a MEI Contract Coordinator to join the Infrastructure team. You will manage and administer multiple contracts, coordinate work orders, and ensure fiscal compliance in a dynamic environment.

The role requires knowledge of contract administration, budgeting, and strong communication. You will collaborate with state and district offices to implement the Maintenance Contract Program and support project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 10 years infra design/construction/maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and budgeting.
• Proficient in English; able to communicate in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, manage and administer multiple contracts.
• Coordinate preparation, scheduling and execution of work orders.
• Enforce MRP payments, penalties and contract requirements.
• Ensure timely encumbrance and expenditure of funds within the fiscal year.
• Coordinate with State Maintenance Office and District offices to implement the Maintenance Contract Program.
• Monitor projects for compliance with contracts and policies.
• Review contractor proposals and advise Technical Review Committees.
• Provide direction and training to contract staff at the Operation Center.
• Review and approve invoices; develop contract modifications.
• Attend project scope, pre-construction and progress meetings.
