Job summary

Lancaster County Economic Development is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to supervise the operation of the organization’s network, servers, databases, and cloud technologies. You will lead the IT staff, oversee applications analysis, and ensure cost-effective technology solutions across departments.

The role includes recruiting and training IT personnel, promoting a positive work environment, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
5+ years of technology experience.
2+ years in a leadership role.
Relevant certifications preferred (PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNA).

Responsibilities

Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications.
Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of IT systems.
Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks effectively.
Oversee reports and documentation related to infrastructure management.
Develop plans for regular system testing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
Lead major infrastructure upgrade projects including cloud transitions.
Contribute to strategic planning to align technology with business needs.
Maintain compliance with CJIS, HIPAA, NIST and related regulations.
