Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT, CS, or related field with four years of enterprise networking experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in higher education is a plus.
• Industry networking certification (CCNA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wired and wireless networks.
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues.
• Plan upgrades, expansions, and lifecycle replacements.
• Develop network documentation and security controls.
