Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive electric infrastructure programs in California. You will own delivery from scope through closeout, coordinating engineering, construction, permitting, and stakeholders across substation and transmission projects.
The role requires 10+ years of PM experience on heavy civil/utility projects; MS Project/Primavera proficiency and strong cost/risk skills are essential.

This role follows a hybrid model — a mix of remote work, on‑site time at Client's facilities in the Bay Area / Central Coast region (including regular field site visits), and collaboration at an Accenture office or center. As with all our roles, some in‑person time is expected for collaboration, learning, and relationship‑building with clients, peers, and leaders.
$185,000 - $235,000 a year

$179,400 – $233,300 - Mountain View CA
$162,000 – $211,000 - Sacramento CA
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
